Form and Style: Focus is an A4 colour magazine, containing articles and interviews of stars from recent films and programmes, or stars who have an interesting topic surrounding them. These are also most likely to appear on the front cover as famous celebrities will attract the targeted audience. The restricted colour palette of red, white and black creates a sophisticated and modern brand image that is also appealing to the intended audience. Cover lines will inform the reader on the main and interesting articles, including details of special offers that can be found inside. The front cover will have a full sense to it, to portray the magazine as packed with information and knowledge that the reader wants to know. The magazine will sell at £2, making it affordable but worthwhile as it is not too cheap.
Themes and Typical features: The magazine will feature regular updates and reviews on upcoming and recent events, plus, certain articles that can help out people in everyday situations. Included in each issue will be various advertisements of a range of brands that cater for many markets, and possibly interviews on celebrities. The tone of the articles with be informative but not too formal, advising the audience on what they want to know but in an informal, friendly tone in order to connect with the reader.
